The host hotel for the upcoming Bayou Sales Challenge is the Hampton Inn & Suites located in Thibodaux, Louisiana.  The hotel is about a few miles from campus and parking is free.  There are several restaurants, a few coffee shops, and Wal-Mart nearby.  (See the Out & About in Thibodaux tab for more info.)
 
Sponsorships for the Bayou Sales Challenge cover the hotel costs (sans incidentals) for all competitors and one coach room.  If a university wishes to bring an additional coach or student coach, the cost is $40 per additional person.  If you would like to add additional rooms, you will be able to do so at a discounted rate. The competition does not reimburse for mileage, gas, or flights.
 
Hotel reservations will be made by Annette Adams, Management and Marketing Department Secretary.  Students are paired according to gender, and students of the same university are usually paired together.
